Définition
Réaliser un test d’hypothèse paramétrique consiste à émettre une hypothèse concernant la distribution de la mesure d’un caractère sur une population et à décider d’accepter ou de refuser cette hypothèse à partir d’un ou de plusieurs échantillons.
On teste systématiquement une hypothèse donnée appelée hypothèse nulle H0 contre une hypothèse alternative.
