Définition
Un plan d'échantillonnage dans lequel la décision d'accepter ou de rejeter un lot pour inspection est basée sur l'inspection d'un seul échantillon.
Un plan d'échantillonnage unique consiste en une taille de l'échantillon unique avec un ou plusieurs critères d'acceptation et de rejet associés.
