Computational Learning Theory
is a field of artificial intelligence, that focuses on all aspects of designing, building and analyzing the computational nature of machine learning. There have been various foundational theories that have advance the field, from Vapnik-Charvonenkis (VC) theory with strong statistical basis, to Leslie Valiant's Probably Approximately Correct (PAC) model with strong computational complexity basis.
